This 1938 Cadillac Series 75 Touring Sedan was ordered by Città del Vaticano, together with an identical second car, as official limousines to be used in parades and to transport dignitaries and Heads of State visiting his Holiness the Pope from all over the world. When they arrived at the Garage Nobile in Città del Vaticano, the Cadillacs were prepared and assigned the license plates SCV11 and SCV 14. License plates had a meaning, and the lower the number, the higher the importance. In fact the twin SCV 14, similarly equipped, was mainly considered a backup for the more prominent SCV 11.

Brooklin Models created these models using reference from the original Vatican Limousines that have been lovingly restored to running condition. These 1:43 scale models are exclusively produced in white metal, hand spray painted and hand assembled.

These individually numbered models have been created for the VATICAN MUSEUMS and are packaged in special MUSEI VATICANI boxes.
