BROOKLIN AND THE 1967 CHEVROLET CORVAIR MONZA

The standard 1967 Chevrolet Corvair Monza (BRK139) was released in May 2008 and deleted in January 2016. It is finished in nantucket blue with medium blue interior, yellow license plate and narrow whitewall tyres.

YENKO STINGER

Don Yenko was one of the best semi-pro sports car drivers of the early '60s in Corvettes. Operating in a small shop out of the Yenko Chevrolet dealership in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, he produced a handful of potent Sportscars, built with the singular purpose of going racing. The Corvair Stinger has a special meaning to most supercar performance historians. It was selected by Don Yenko to create a batch of 100 white cars to qualify for Sports Car Club of America D Production racing in late 1965 for the 1966 season. With drivers like Dr. Dick Thompson and Jerry Thompson at the wheel, these Corvair-based sports cars set lap records throughout the East and Mid-West. This model is part of a set released in June 2016 as a factory special. The Yenko Corvair Racing Set includes the 1962 Greenbriar Sport Wagon (BRK 213X), the 1966 Corvette Yenko Stinger and the Car Trailer (BRK 109X).
