SAN FRANCISCO BAY BROOKLIN CLUB
The choice for the 1999 S.F.B.B.C.’s special model was the 1950 Dodge Wayfarer as a San Francisco Police Car. This 1950 Dodge Coupe retains the traditional black body with white doors, but markings are that of the Accident Investigation Unit of the San Francisco Police Department Traffic Bureau. This insignia features the S.F.P.D. letters on a white cross surrounded by a green circular background. A central loudspeaker/siren is mounted on the roof, with red warning lights to each side and a tall radio aerial is mounted on the left rear fender. Interior is finished in grey and tyres are blackwall. 200 Traffic Bureau Dodges were produced.
