04 NOVEMBER: THE WEEKLY DIARY

Hello there and welcome to a more normal (and certainly less stressful) blog. This week sees the end of our total chaos and a move into a more gentle chaos. As you can see in the photos, we are pretty much organised and ready to make a start on producing models. If only the air compressor had been delivered when it was supposed to. As soon as it arrives we...

21 OCTOBER: THE WEEKLY DIARY

Well, what started out last week as a fairly spacious, organised space....has descended into chaos! 3 lorry-loads of stuff coming back from storage will do that to a building. As you can see we have stuff on top of junk on top of rubbish. We are gradually getting shelving up and throwing out everything that we don't need (the scrap metal man has done VERY well out of us this...

14 OCTOBER: THE WEEKLY DIARY

As the singer Paul Young once sang… “Wherever I lay my casting machine, that’s my home”. Or something like that. We are now settled in and feeling like we belong. All of our stuff is coming back from storage on Monday so we will be very busy getting everything sorted. Back up and running at full speed very soon.

We'll be moving in as soon as we can. Take a look for yourselves.

BROOKLIN AND THE 1959 CHRYSLER 300E CONVERTIBLE

The 1959 Chrysler 300E Convertible (BRK41) first appeared in January 1993 among a certain amount of controversy. It was to be a gold metallic. However, the factory erroneously painted the first 210 in a mustard gold and a few in a dark mustard before finally producing the proper intended color. Most of these color variation Chryslers were sent to Brasilia Press and were distributed to dealers in the U.S.. The...

“DON’T PANIC!!!! We are still alive! Things have been…weird….that’s probably the best description. After so many years in the same building it’s odd to be renting a small office. We are keeping ourselves busy though. Have a look. And send biscuits!”
